I get asked a lot of questions when I visit clients. If I am waiting while a download is running or an update is running I do try to answer those question but my priority is fixing the problem I am called out for.

For local customers where I don't spend a lot of time travelling, like Leigh Woods. I can offer a training service at £18 for the first ¾ of an hour then £6 for each further 15 minutes.
